The Appeal Board of JPO Trademark Department makes approximately 3,000 decisions in a year, which are filled with useful tips for trademark practitioners and brand owners.  We go over the publication of the Board decisions on daily basis and would like to share a summary-style report of some of them from time to time (let’s not set a bar too high at first).
